Mental flexibility: Neuroplasticity & Empathy

For GEAR UP Maine RISE Juniors and Seniors only
The connection between creativity and empathy is strong. In fact, developing your creativity enhances your brain’s ability to be empathetic. This session will be full of activities that challenge your brain to re-wire in ways that will improve relationships, enhance your problem-solving abilities and develop your capacity to adapt.
